oh my goodness, CTRL + F5 works wonders.
it cured my blogger and facebook and neopets.
haha.
it apparently force reloads everything back to normal.

school hours these few days have been really short.
especially today, cos mr kellet is on mc.
and ooh, i got dismissed at 12pm.
