watch LETTERS FROM IWO JIMA yesterday. what a disappointment~!!! it wasnt as great as i thought before watching it... grr. i thought it would be a serious movie, about war, like PEARL HARBOUR and BROTHERHOOD. but i was proven wrong. it was humorous. wells. its not a bad thing though, but i prefer more bombings, and lesser stupid jokes. however, the jokes were kind of funny...

the main character was cute i must say. and the lieutenant was kind-hearted. everything was just so faked up and unreal. besides the blood oozing out from SAIGO's friend's arm, everything was so fake. unlike a real war. before i stepped into the cinema, i have watched the trailer, and read the comments on the newspapers. they were all so great, til the very moment the movie starts. the front part was darn bloody boring... hurhh. and it didnt really emphasize much on the letters written by the soldiers.

maybe the movie wasnt that bad, just that i had such high expectations for it in the first place... ...

changed my blogskin to an orange one. FINALLY.
