finally, guides camp is over. had one whole day of rest today. sat infront of the comp for like... 10hours? it is such a pleasure to be at home, doing what you like, isnt it?!ive struggled through the 3days 2nights camp. its a surprise to myself. i never thought that i can persevere that long initially, for the whole camp. wells... thats mostly because ive once given up myself, given up guides this year. i felt that guides is somehow a burden to me. wasting my time and stuffs. but i dont want to quit this cca. cos im worried for my cca points and stuffs. [now like no more such things as cca points le horr?! arr, whatever.] i went for guides reluctantly, slack whenever i can, did and show nothing as a PL of kingfisher, and ponned everytime i could. HAHA. dont know what happened to my thinking, but it just changed overnight. LOL. although im still not really that committed to guides, but for this guides camp, ive given it my 60%. haha. for both preparations and the camp itself. im quite proud of myself already. HAHA.
previously, i hate this cca for some reasons. wells, they still remain, carved deeply in my heart. but... just that i feel that i must bring up my patrol. i have a great PS[zhilin, are you reading this?], and i dont want to let my patrol think that im a useless leader. yupp. i think thats the reason why i came back to guides, not fully-hearted though, but i have tried...
its a great pleasure working with the leaders, though the PLs are not really close to the top four. hahass. its really hard laa you see... i feel more comfortable with my clique. LOL. and of course, its really fun to be with my patrol. be it zhilin, rebecca, yunhan, or kimberly, im really grateful that i have every single one of them in my patrol. without them, kingfisher would be dead. too bad elizabeth couldnt make it with us for this camp. not feeling well, and even made a trip to the hospital. hope she's all right... kingfisher... they have a poor PL leading... really, without my PS, i think kingfisher is dead by now. oh yes... AND! i cannot forget my ma'ams... kathy ma'am and iffah ma'am. they sacrificed the most. both of them have my respect!
being in charged of logistics with huihui. its real tough job. the tents, the pails, the twigs, the fibre, the pots and kettles etc... but luckily it didnt slip off the track as much as i thought. PHEW.
anyway, i wont be in guides for long. next year o levels. will be only in guides for about 1 term only?! yupp yupp.
was posting about this cos... dont know lehh. just feel like spitting all these out. and here are a few random pictures taken.

we were all mainly clearing and packing up.
our firewood had turned into ashes...
cleaned up the tents and stuffs...
tiring job.

we had our colour party to break camp.
